Pros

The armrest has durable rubber like material over a cushion to protect the elbows. The adjustable height works well for him.

The seat and backrest cushions are comfortable. The fabric cover is suitable and has a fairly comfortable cushioned seat bottom. Couple of teeny blemishes on the cushion but overall a nice buy.

This chair is ergonomically correct and so my hands and shoulders are in the correct alignment for sewing. This is suitable as a sewing machine chair.

Affordable chair, works great in my shop. Bought it for one of our engineers. I recall searching for the cheaper chair that would meet my needs and this is it!

Cons

The metal is soft enough you can bend it straight but then it bends right back after a minute. The cushion is not soft at all. This makes the chair very uncomfortable when adjusted to a high position.
