Pros

They look great in the reception area of my office. They wipe up easily and are sturdy and comfortable. Sturdy and fine for the money.

Those with assembly challenges and/or complaining that the chair does not sit flat on the ground did not follow common sense in putting these together. Assembled the first one in 15 minutes. Takes a while to assemble, but the result is excellent.

It is very helpful to have a ratchet driver with a hex tip. Once all screws are aligned then tighten. Once tightened, the chair is sturdy.

I am quite happy with this chair.

Finally, the pins on the back cushion are very difficult to align with the holes at the back of the arms.

Chair is sturdy but the cushion seat is of extremely poor quality; thus it’s crap.

We really liked the price, look, and comfort of these chairs when we added them to our waiting room nearly 5 years ago.

It met my needs and expectations at a very reasonable cost.

They were easy to deal with and shipped me a set of replacement bolts for free including free shipping months after i made the purchase.
