Item is uncomfortable and unsteady, and cushions are not as plush as pictured. One of the arm rest is a about two inches wider than the other, and this chair now seems like i am sitting on a piece of wood because it doesn't have enough padding in it.

Swivel turns very rough maybe a bad bearing. Reclining position also very limited. I am sure in a short amount of time the will break rendering that feature unusable. It's very frustrating and honestly a very poor design.
