Pros

The mattress is medium in firmness, which is great for guest rooms or young adults. My fiancé and i love it, it is so comfortable and it fits perfectly in our bedroom. It has the perfect amount of firmness and softness.

I love that there is a ribbon where the seam of the plastic wrapping is so i didn't have to chance using a knife to open it. This one is just right!

Cons

This bed is garbage unless you're light enough to be lifted by an average teenager without much trouble. At best, this should be marketed as a kids' bed. After 24 hours the mattress never fully filled up, there is a lot of excess in the shell.

Packaging/appearance

We've never ordered a mattress in a box before and we're pleasantly surprised at the great packaging.

The shipping packaging was not great but the seller did great at protecting the mattress with the thick plastic protective covering.
