Packaging/appearance

I should note that the box packaging is also a great design.

The other negative reviewer who claimed that the pre-drilled holes in the front supports were wrong probably misread the directions.

I ordered 2 and the first one was clearly un-boxed before when comparing to the packaging of the 2nd box.

I was slightly disappointed that the seat is missing one of the pre-drilled holes.

Competitiveness

I gave a 3-star for comfort because i am 5’3” and the seat is sits low at the back, which makes my feet not touch the ground.

If not, the other pre-drilled holes for the arm rests won't align properly.

I guess jeff bezos needs the extra money more than his loyal customers.
