Pros
The movement of arms is plenty, and the headrest is a very nice feature. Even looked at second hand/used herman miller chairs, and was willing to spend the money for them.

The other 2 positions are leaned back to the point its not good ergo for playing games

I hate the plastic wheels that come with it so make sure you buy a separate set of rollerblade wheels so you and avoid wrecking your wood floor
