Pros

The cushioned seat has my in 7th * heaven. Cushion is overall still good. They are also comfy and sturdy.

Searched all through packaging and box. Arrived within expected time period. Customer support is great if you have any questions they will message you or call you promptly. Never, in 25 years, found a nicer, more sturdy chair for the money.

Steel frame survives how much i've used this chair. Incredibly sturdy - even on upwards of 300lbs or more. Chair is somewhat heavier and a bit unwieldy to move around.

I highly recommend using a drill with a screwdriver bit or you're just not going to get it done.

Cons

If your looking for a funky chair that can't be used inside than this is the one for you. Nothing seems to get rid of the odor. If it does, we have to flop around like a beached whale to get out of it.

Really happy with the comfort of the chairs!

I love this product, i use it for my sewing chair.

I just aligned the lower bracket with the seam in the material and ran the wood screws in without any pre drilling of holes.

Shipping

Shipping was faster than the estimate by a couple of days.

The shipping container was plenty large enough for the chair to be completely assembled.

Only one so far makes some “creaking” due to broken wood backing - but this was in shipping i believe.

Packaging/appearance

There are no holes in the back piece to insert the screws.

Competitiveness

I can sympathize with those who weren't prepared for this unnecessary inconvenience .
