Pros

The padding is not as thick as it appears in the picture, but it's firm. It supports my weight just fine (5'8 225 lbs) and it is pretty comfortable. Has good lumbar support for back which everyone should get in desk chair!

I've had numerous chairs similar to this one. This was the easiest to assemble. Nothing's in the way of anything, which was refreshing.

Cons

The vendor wayfair refuses to take responsibility for the items it sells to amazon's customers. Wayfair should be severely penalized if not banned outright.

Beware anyone buying this chair. This chair is a zero. I am sorry i wasted my money on it!

The picture makes it look like it has contours but it doesn't. It is as if it was carefully designed for beings that have an anatomy other than human.
