Pros

Easy to setup. Easy to assemble. Took maybe 20ish mins to assemble, pretty easy straight forward assembly. Other than the 2 screws missing everything is exactly what i was hoping for.

Reasonably priced as well. Works well. Kohls sells the exact same chair for 349.

Cons

After using for about 2 weeks, the bottom cushion is lifeless. The seat on this chair is hard (i'm 111 lbs) and was immediately uncomfortable. The cushion already has a worn out area wear i sit and provides very little support.

The support and strength of the chair degrades over time. Also clicks when reclining/returning to neutral, which is annoying. It also has a slight pitch forward, which drives me crazy and makes me feel like i'm sliding off the front.

No one replies to my emails. Once assembled it seems somewhat unstable. Not worth returning after it has already been assembled but would not purchase from this vendor again.
