Pros

The chair is comfortable and breathable. The raise and lower piston action is smooth.

Everything works perfect, que quality is ok and works flawlessly. My only issue is that it had an odor for the first few weeks but it eventually dissipated.

Cons

The seat cushion smells horribly of mold/mildew. The foot rest slips down all the way, regardless of how much we tighten it. You'll only discover this toward the end of the assembly.
