Pros

It's easy to assemble and comfy. If you're used to allen wrench furniture assembly, then putting this chair together will be familiar. Still doable to assemble the chair per the instructions.

The back is very supportive, more than any office chair i have ever sat in. The lumbar support is also good, but not adjustable. Great because i have horrible natural posture and it causes a lot of tension in my neck and shoulder.

Cons

Short persons can not sit comfortably with feet totally on the floor using the minimum height of this chair. Support phone number on the instructions hangs up on me.
