Pros

The upholstery is buttery soft in texture, the seat is just the right amount of firm and soft. This chair has great padding and a slight rocking effect which i really wanted.

Chair adjusts up/down. Arm cushions and arm height feel nice. Black thing in arm rest keeps popping out but doesn't hurt anything. Only other complaint is the armrests sit lower than expected.

Cons

The chair is easy to assemble and it looks nice, but the quality of the cushions are very poor. A bolt hole for the seat back will not accept its bolt, so i now need a new seat back. After using for about 2 weeks, the bottom cushion is lifeless and i ... Read More

No one replies to my emails. Once assembled it seems somewhat unstable.

The finish of the product is not good either and has a lot of kinks, bumps and scratches. Not worth returning after it has already been assembled but would not purchase from this vendor again.

Assembly is quick and easy, exact white color as advertised, and it supports my back while i am using it.

Other chairs i have had are either too small and flimsy and so uncomfortable or they are so large and bulky and ugly.

Gets stuck constantly when you try to move, are noisy and it will annoy you to no end.

Price

I was looking for something mid range price wise and this one is so comfortable!

I noticed that there was a random discount and quickly snagged it.

The wheels are on amazon for $20.

Not sure why they used such cheap wheels for a chair at this price point.

Description said packaging damaged so i didn't expect two cuts and crinkled, even though it was discounted.
