Pros

Chair is comfy and i love the high back. Great padding and a slight rocking effect.

The white and chrome is upscale look that brightens the room. It looks very clean and classy in my office.

Cons

Leathersoft is thin, paper-like trash. Once assembled it seems somewhat unstable. I'm happy to pay for the replacement parts, but nobody answers. No one replies to my emails.

Had this chair for 10 months. Also makes a cracking sound when i sit as if two hard surfaces are touching/bending. Also clicks when reclining/returning to neutral, which is annoying.

The padding is all but gone on the seat so it cuts into the back of my legs. The bottom/seat barely have padding. At least the cushion is comfy.

The seat on this chair is hard (i'm 111 lbs) and was immediately uncomfortable. I have hard, plastic counter stools that are more comfortable than this. Is comfortable but only for the first 2-3 months the material deteriorates fast and kind of look u... Read More

I was looking for something mid range price wise and this one is so comfortable!

I noticed that there was a random discount and quickly snagged it.

The wheels are on amazon for $20.

Not sure why they used such cheap wheels for a chair at this price point.

Description said packaging damaged so i didn't expect two cuts and crinkled, even though it was discounted.
