Pros

This chair is beautiful and is perfectly comfy! Runs small but is good for petite persons or for smaller spaces. It was easy to install. The seat section has velcro flaps that cover the mountings.

Only took about 30 minutes to assemble with included allan wrench and was packaged well and arrived quickly. The gold reallyq pops. While the instructions for assembly are lacking in detail, logic makes it easy.

Cons

The chair takes 16 total screws and there were only 12 included. And very hard to assemble connecting seat and back. The holes for the screws are made very crookedly and unclearly. It is not sturdy and the arm on the right side is very wobbly.

It looks great in my office space, but the padding on the seat went down in 6 months, the hydraulic height adjustment randomly goes down when sat on and the plastic casters/wheels have started to break. Cons- zero lumbar support, extremely uncomfortab... Read More

Too much of a hassle to send back. It's impossible to reach the seller. Ordering a more expensive replacement after 1 day is not worth the hassle.
