Pros

The armrests flip up, love that and i get to be tall af with my standing desk. Comfort is moderate but definitely better than working from home at the dinner table or couch. My heating/massager fits on it perfect.

It is all plasic, but the plastic feels heavy duty. The foot rail is sturdy, one of the reason i bought this one is the others' foot rail all seemed too wimpy for me. Love the white.

Easy to assemble. Don't get intimidated by the instructions. Jiggle the pieces you are putting together to allow you to get the screws in finger tight.

The cushion is nice and very wide. The footrest is the perfect size. The seat is not overly uncomfortable, but most people would want to add a seat cushion if they will be sitting on it for a prolonged period of time.

Cons

No matter how much i tighten the *, it slips back down as soon as i rest my feet on it. The instructions were mislabeled and an important screw for the foot rest was bent and warped. The chair slowly creeps down as i sit in it.

This chair is about the most unusable chair you can imagine. I assume that after i've bought some materials and made a couple necessary modifications this might be less than total garbage. It is far too low.

Great chair,held up daily work from home use for the past 2 years

Padding in both the seat and the armrests compress down very thin (i’m 175lbs).

Which now fails frequently, causing the height to have to be readjusted several times a day.

I think this one is a real winner for the price.

I got this chair on a prime day deal, so i did not pay the full price.

They start around $350 to above $1k each.

But i think this chair would still be at 5 stars at regular pricet.

Everything was included in the box (except the allen wrench, but we had one in our toolbox) and it was fairly easy to put together.

The sets of screws were divided into a bubble pack, which included extra hardware in case something did go wrong.

Competitiveness

I will consider buying this one again, if i can't find a clearly better product.
