Pros

Secret labs' makes the best (affordable) chairs. This chair is a blessing. I actually bought it through woot!

Padding on the seat and shape are not the best, but livable. It has five legs ands the casters roll easily on my tile floor. Mine is just fine with a very secure locking knob.

Cons

After 10 months of use 2 of the supporting feet have broken. It's annoying and causes me to constantly raise the chair back up to the original height set. It is ok only when adjustable desk is at highest setting but not when it is low - i draft 10-12 ... Read More
