Pros
The only drawback is that the seat back angle can't be adjusted, but for the price you're getting a very nice chair. Great color and the padding is comfortable. The cushions are thick. Rolls nicely. Very comfy too.
Cons
It is smaller than i expected and is totally uncomfortable for computer work. But super inconveniently has none of the 18 screws or hex wrench required for assembly.
