These are a great upgrade to the oem wheels that come with an office chair!
I have hardwood floors and have always had to have a floor protector and even then the chairs would roll badly and collect a lot of hair.
They don’t roll wheel over lips, they can scratch up floors, they nearly require you to buy a desk mat and so on.

I think these ones are average because the wheels dont spin very long and the top bearings feel a little gritty
