Pros

It is fairly well cushioned, and the knee support is well padded and fairly comfortable with pants, but tend to rub with shorts. Padding is plenty for shins and buttocks. I am 75; this kneeler makes me sit up straight.

Chair is sturdy, fabric is tough, padding is minimal but useable. The frame itself is quite sturdy and would probably far outlast those wooden ones i've seen. It feels very sturdy and well made.

The handles make mount/dismount actions easier and safer. Great for safely getting up and positioning steadily with a disability. It certainly looks less goofy with out the handles.

Cons

The wildly stapled fabric is lumpy and raw edged. The padding is fairly lousy as well. I know this stool looks solid and indestructible, but your body isn't! Go for adequate foam padding.

The quality is very bad. The paint is eroded a several places. The picture is misleading.

Sturdy, strong, lightweight, i believe this kneeling chair has helped my back.

The first time i reupholstered it was barely a year after i bough it because the knee pad was totally flat.

This chair wasn't as difficult to build as others claimed.

Also i was missing one nut for a bolt construction quality is acceptable for price paid!

And the chair does lay almost flat (that is how it came packaged) for those who relocate or want to store it.
