Pros

Seat is cushy. Wheels rolls quite well even on this low * rug.

It's light and sturdy and glides extremely well on a medium pile carpet. I use mine on a carpeted area and it maneuvers pretty well. Glides nice & smooth.

I'm under 5' and it fits well to my height. The hydraulics still perform perfectly. Foot rail is a plus.

Stool saves me from kneeling next to them or leaning over. Am ordering a second one today to use as a vanity chair.

It is very easy to assemble and seems sturdy. The telescopic handle is easy to access, and works great. Assembly is quick & doesn't require any tools.

Cons

After about 6 mo. The seat no longer holds where its height was set. Within 10-15 min, it slips downwards requiring using the hydraulic pump to raise it. Stool too small, not 18 inches as advertised.
