Pros

The cushion is soft and firm. Great for lower lumbar and overall back support. Nicely padded with flip up armrests.

My kiddo likes it. Other than that this chair is a wonderful addition to my office and gaming decor. Grandkids use it for gaming.

Includes a hex key tool for the screws. Then rotate around to tighten all bolts. The stitching seems to be high quality.

Cons

Idea that the wheels just fall off is pretty remarkable. Very disappointing. Wasn't worth returning as it was finally put together.

The casters constantly stick (don't roll) even though they're not on carpet. The seat cushion compresses to the point of sitting on a board. The mesh fabric on the arms and seat is very uncomfortable.
