Pros

The leather feels like my leather seats in my car so super comfy and sporty feeling. The massage pillow is a nice touch tho it's more of a giant * for your back. The chair's back fits nicely.

Cons

The guide they provided is vauge as *. Replacement is a no go.

The padding on this chair is non existent. The casters constantly stick (don't roll) even though they're not on carpet. The fabric is a bit scratchy.

Even a 7 year old kid sits on it it still have a loud and awful squeak sound and it’s shaking. It causes my feet to swell after a few hours of sitting down.

Lmao. The knob to adjust the reclining feature is difficult to use and seems to do absolutely nothing. It's also now a bit lopsided where it dips down whenever i swivel it.
