The quality of this chair is good, and feels sturdy.
Definitely higher quality than i expected for the price.
At less than $20/chair, these were a bargain for the quality.
The only complaint we had is with the original boxing done to ship to us, it was almost unwrapped when it arrived at our home.
Packaging/appearance
This happened with two different shipments, so it is probably a poor packaging system.
Arrived quickly, out of the 38 chairs we ordered, 3 were damaged.

Good quality for the price did not give it a full 5 stars because when the shipment arrived a couple of the chairs had the legs bent

They had to support a 400 lbs person

They did have a slight odor when we unwrapped them from the plastic used to protect their finish but it went away within a week
