Quality
The customer service is excellent and the print quality is perfect.
I was very satisfied with the low noise levels.
Some of my issues may well have been with simplify 3d presets, not with the printer.
Quality is great, i would even dare to say compare able to ultimakers for a fraction of the cost.
Price
The large print bed, enclosed case, dual extruders and high quality output, for the price they're selling it at, is an absolute steal!
I wanted another one that had a larger build volume but was 5 x the price.
Shipping
It appeared to heave been bent up at a 45 degree angle in shipping.
It seems that the cable was damaged somehow in shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging is superb, case is heavy duty, and printer has been very precise.

The manual claims the bed was leveled from the factory (see picture of how it came out of the box).
Competitiveness
This level of support has been tremendously useful for me, and is a major reason i highly recommend qidi printers.
Definitely recommend flashforge and this printer for professionals and hobbyists.
The printer does lack wifi connectivity and a 32bit control board.
At home, i've been using an older robo 3d r1 plus, a monoprice maker select v2 (wanhao duplicator i3), and a duplicator 7 (sla).

Printing with pla doesnt require a heated bed so i tried some test prints
