Pros

Written instructions for softener install are very good, but the instructional video on the included thumb drive really makes this seller shine. Easy to install and set up. Great product, very easy to install.

Water well. Has worked flawlessly. Item arrived by freight shipping in excellent condition.

The softening is consistent and tastes great too. This unit doesn't use an unreasonable amount of salt given how hard my water is.

The resin tank comes preloaded with the resin (which appeared to have the appropriate amount) the premium resin, 10% cross linked, ensures longevity.

Cons

The housing is all plastic and a hairline fracture developed causing a leak. An average of the two shapes yields 345 cubic inches. The hardness level is still very high.

Buyer beware of abc602. Returned and bought a larger unit direct from a distributor. Have had professional plumber install and reverify the unit but no luck so far.
