I have found that baby powder is very effective for keeping it soft and smooth as is also k-y gel an excellent water soluble lubricant.
If you don't clean it and make sure its totally dry it will grow mold/mildew and may ruin your expensive fleshlight.
This fleshlight is mind blowing it took me only 2 minutes and i erupted.

You must wash it immediately after use at least before you go to bed and either air it out with a fan on a towel or do what i do and towel it dry and then use something thin like an old clean tshirt to gently dry the inner canal

As the instructions say dont use soap or anything on it it will immediately as in the first use degrade the material

Only flush it out with water per the instructions and let air drytowel dry

You can occasionally clean it with some mild rubbing alcohol per the instructions but im not sure if it should be diluted first make sure to use 70 not 90 to be safe
