Pros
Flex seal is forever my favorite sealer. Our grandkids love their lily pad to run, jump and swim on at the lake. Since lily pads are over $500.
Cons
I suspect the merchant had this on their shelf for about 20 years. My recommendation is don’t buy this on amazon because it must have sat in inventory for awhile.

Now listen if its anything pressurized like a hose or pipe dont bother that not what this is for youre gonna have to replace the whole thing if thats the case gotta have it dry and not leaking water to seal i live in florida so if youre lower class land lords just never repair their houses so i took it into my own hands after 4 leaks in a house ive rented for 15 years this was my only option and damn it works metal roof had leaks started where no leak was so it couldnt escape then applied to the bad holes and so far not one leak even if its a small drip i just smothered this wit it and after 20 mins it was dry 👌👌👌

We had tried everything to get led strip lights to adhere to the concrete sides of our swimming pool dont panic they are under the exterior ledge on the exposed wall and then across steps

This stuff works as claimed however it requires a very strong grip

I had to use both hands to get just a little to come out of the caulk tube and i cut the nozzle really short because it was impossible with a small opening
