Pros

Flex seal' is the best! Flexseal' is ready to apply, straight out of the can, & dries in minutes. Plus it remains clearer longer, and lasts longer.

Cons

Tried to waterproof a large boulder with a depressed area to make a birdbath. It runs like snot and puddles up at the bottom but will not spread back out where it runs and makes the puddle. Do not recommend.

It's not cheap but it's the real deal and i saved $4,000 (contractor quote to remove tile, install new shower pan, retile).
