Cons
I let it cure for 2 solid weeks, testing unseen areas for dryness, and it never cured. This product does a horrible job on resin and fiberglass items that need to hold water. Does not compare to flex glue.

Product is easy to apply and did a great job sealing cracks in my painted concrete front porch and stoop.
Easy of use- water proof- filled in crack great
The crack is sealed and the leak is gone.
My roof leaked and we used flex spray on it and no more leaks.
