This flex seal brown spray is very good and seals well.

The flex seal spray sealant was easy to use and covered well to provide a good water seal for surface.

Sprayed and luckily it didnt rain for 2 days then.

Surface has to be clean before spraying or it won’t stick and just peel off.

Price

A whole lot cheaper than having a roof replaced and matches the color of my shingles.
