Quality
Made in the usa, this quality strop rod is perfect for my wusthof bread knife.
In just 6-7 minutes, i was able to strop it to a highly satisfactory condition—no burrs, just a pure apex from end to end.
Treated half with 7 micron diamond compound and the other half with 3 micron.
My knife wasn’t very dull, but it had some burrs from the last diamond rod sharpening and a few rolled edges from use.
Packaging/appearance
It came with yellow wax compound, i don't know what um the yellow is, but i use diamond compound on all my strops ;)
