There was a minor shipping delay and the company was very good with customer service and tracking the item for me!
Packaging/appearance
Razor sharp out of the package great feel in the hand and it is doing what i want.
Other than having to do a very little sharpening, just basically giving it a good stropping, it was ready to go right out of the package.
If you don't have a polishing setup don't worry, it will work fine right out of the package.

Like most other items from flexcut this roughing knife is polished but also like all wood carving tools it needs to be sharpened by the end user
