Pros

This is the second one i've owned. Very happy with the longevity. This replaces a 5-year-old one that gave good daily service.

Cons

Amazon says our purchase price was refunded immediately. Huge warning. Ineligible for a return.

The clip on the new leash is so small the leash is useless. The lease ribbon is not strong at all where it connects to the puppy collar. The hook is tiny, and barely closes over the double d-hooks of my puppy's harness.
