The durability & quality of this retractable leash is amazing! It absorbs the shock when my dog pulls. Works well, no issues with retracting. It pulls and retracts smoothly.

This is the second flexi that i've ordered for my tiny yorkie. It works very well for both allowing limited roaming and for teaching her to heel. And be mindful when using.

The material quality of the strap is terrible. The tape leash keeps getting stuck when retracting. The leash hook is also very small, which makes using the additional included safety collar useless.
