Pros

Out the box this is the smoothest and most well balanced retractable leash i have ever used. It has perfect control and i had no issues with any tangling, the leash retracts perfectly. Great for eliminating sudden jerks and lunges.

It's amazing to me how a company can make such a high quality item, then just stops caring in anyway about manufacturing quality continuously. Which is contained inside a pretty flimsy plastic housing, which is reinforced with several screws. Apparent... Read More

Save your money and the hassle, this is an almost $50 leash that can't last 2 months. They work until they don't.

It requires tugging and yanking the leash to get it unstuck. Taking the reel off also disconnects the tensioning spring, which is housed inside the reel.

The leash is tangle-free, sturdy, and built to last.

Dog and i used this leash for three years before it broke!

We now have 2 dogs so i purchased this newer version after trying another style & having 2 of them break within 9 months.

Fours stars only because of the price, otherwise i really like it.

We've used flexi leads for the better part of 15 years.

Flexi remains the best i've used and the giant is no exception.

I found myself comparing the reflective yellow to things i previously considered bright yellow.

If you need the large size, i recommend checking out the flexi giant instead.
