Smooth retraction, locks & unlocks easily. It does not jam at all, it retracts much quicker, and is tangle free. Have never had an issue with flexi.

The flexi fabric leash is flimsy. The edges are razor thin and the injury is/was frightful. It is a hazard.

I have noticed poor reviews for the product and have recognize that, it broke in an area that was visibly bitten or chewed by the dog.

You truly do get what you pay for in these dog leashes.

I would love to see 2 for 1 deals in the future as i send them off often as gifts.
