Pros

The 26 foot flexi retractable is great for both of us. The harness is a paw five core-1 dog harness size medium. We live in a condo and all dogs have to be leashed.

This retractable leash is better than expected. Lead retraction is very smooth and the locking mechanism is reliable and easy to operate. The only mild issue is with the slippery hard plastic handle.

Cons

Leash supposed to go to 33 lbs, our new pup only weighs 15 lbs. Our 35lb dog is not a puller, far from it.

What i least like are the ergonomics of the device.

This seems to be a disingenuous business practice.
