Pros

The leash is easy to operate, and it retracts smoothly and easily. This leash is not too heavy and works well with a tiny dog.

The brake system is responsive and easy to use, providing excellent control. The locking * are indeed much easier to use.

The leash offers just the right amount of freedom for my dog to roam while still maintaining control. It's suitable for both casual strolls and more active walks.

Great product for a reasonable price. Quality seems excellent. Very sturdy construction. High quality look and feel immediately apparent.

Cons

The new version is less ergonomic and the overall design is a huge downgrade. This design is terrible and very overpriced.

The attachment clip also seems extremely small for being able to hold 44lbs. The “swelling” in the middle of the handle also makes it harder to grip securely. The grip is too narrow.

The leash for my small dachshund is so small i can only get two large male fingers in. It makes no sense to have this extension on an retractable leash. Flexi brand only guarantees the leash mechanism.
