Small dog but pulls very hard when chasing squirrels. It gets caught under the dogs tail, moves the harness around, and gets wrapped around his feet. Iow when retracted the non-retractable part is the proper length.

The locking mechanism is a bit stuff, but this is a good quality product overall. Retracts smoothly and quickly. Only complaint is that it retracts very slowly.

Handle is tight with little room for maneuvering your hand while walking my dog. Snap attachment to the collar is too small and hard to connect if the dog is moving around.

This is the second time this company has produced faulty products. It was not chewed - there is nothing left in the notch. The inside ribbon was torn as well.

Too late for a refund. I intend to try the leash for another week, but in all likelihood, will return it to the seller before the 30 day return policy expires.
