Pros

Even though i've dropped it a few times the mechanism never gets jammed and it always retracts. Comfortable grip area with silicone for good grip. Hope it holds!

Length is perfect for our schnoodle that wil 15 pounds. It gets caught under the dogs tail, moves the harness around, and gets wrapped around his feet.

Cons

This is the second time this company has produced faulty products. It was not chewed - there is nothing left in the notch. The inside ribbon was torn as well.

Too late for a refund. I intend to try the leash for another week, but in all likelihood, will return it to the seller before the 30 day return policy expires.
