Can use one and keep the other in the freezer to swap out when needed.

Used for osteoarthritis in knees and pinched nerve in neck. This is the one my physical therapist uses.

My only issue is that it doesn't have a strap to hold it in place. The straps can be used in any position and the ice pack itself can be placed elongated on the target pain. I use the securing straps and they work great.

The strap is useless and just flings right off. These are pointless. I have several ice packs from this brand but these really miss the mark. It's relatively easy to use, but doesn't get cold enough, or retain the cold long enough to be effective.

It stays cold for about 10 minutes and then there’s condensation. There's not enough of the freezing gel inside the pack. This deficit renders a significantly smaller area that actually creates the icy cold relief.
