Pros

It literally molds to your body. Helped with pain/swelling. Also use on arthritic hip. Works great & is very flexible.

The quality is still superb, still gets very cold and stays that way. Have 2 in freezer to rotate. These ice packs stay much colder for much longer than others.

This is the only brand they stocked. They are excellent.

Cons

They are not sectioned off into chambers. The large size is so heavy that carrying it makes an elderly person’s sore back hurt more. Leaks out gel.

This ice pack stays cold for 10m max and drips everywhere. It is a nuisance to have to keep wiping the surface of this ice pack because it sweats a lot from the frost.
