If you suffer from shin splints, this is a must have. It comes with 2 straps that are separate from the ice pack. This makes icing my knee so much easier. Liked the velcro straps to wrap it around my ankle.

Trying to put the strap on when holding the pack at the elbow is near impossible to tighten the strap
