Vriksasana sacroiliac hip belt works great. My only issue is that it doesn't have a strap to hold it in place. It comes with the velcro band which is great.

The only quibble is it tends to bunch a bit when putting it around a round body part like a knee, and then the gel tends to migrate to the edges. Thin and takes less freezer room.

Used for osteoarthritis in knees and pinched nerve in neck. I use it to wrap my elbow and it does exactly what i need it to do.

It does better than others but doesn't excel in my opinion. Loved it so far. It is awesome. It works great. Very pleased with product.

This flexi kold is an absolute piece of junk. Probably more useful only for torso. Much prefer bds ace.
