Pros
Very pleased with the product. Delivered next day as promised.
The packs are nice and pliable out of the freezer. Really pliant straight from the freezer. Freezes quickly and very flexible.
Good for wrapping around a sprain. Also good for headaches and the like if used properly. Eases my arthritis in my spine. Great for hamstring pain.
Gel ice packs are perfect for use after a total knee replacement. Just had knee replacement surgery. Definitely reduces the swelling.
Cons
Product says in product description that flexible when frozen. Completely frozen solid as a rock and unable to flex. Doesn't stay cold for longer than a few minutes, the fabric is cheap and inferior quality and the gel inside feels too watery thin.

Packaging/appearance
You might want to keep the hood box they come in if you buy the two pack as then easy to store in between uses

I got two of these so we could keep one in the freezer whilst the other is used and then swap over
