This flexi-pack is so much better than a hard-pack that cannot be contoured to the body. Flexible for cooling extremities, shoulders etc.

These packs are nice and flexible and feel so good on painful areas.
They are flexible and never become fully rigid.

I would have gotten the sammons instead but didn’t know the name until i went back to physical therapy

That being said they work well but aren’t as h bay or do they stay cold as long as the sammons

I used a tshirt “tube” over the skin as using directly on skin felt too cold
