Pros
The up and down movement is very smooth. To me it is slight and not annoying. Enables me to stay on my feet the majority of the day. I highly recommend it.
Cons
Maybe it is because i am short - 5'2 but unfortunately this did not work for me for 2 reasons. The first reason is that i'm short. The second reason is because of my height.

I bought this for home use because as an illustrator i keep getting a pinched nerve in my neck from too much time spent on my computer.
The base and monitor platform is solid.
Price
Not the best out there, as is reflected in the price.

The flexispot 27” standing desk convertor is one of the best standing desk converters on the market.
It works well and is significantly less than varidesk.
My company has many different brands in use, varidesk is too big and clumsy.

It currently is sitting in the corner of a cubicle desk and holds two new dell 22” diagonal hd flat screen monitors turned vertically in portrait mode which is approximately 12
