Thankfully the cracking on the desktop was on the underside and was just surface cracking of the laminate as i really didn’t want to have to send it back and wait for a replacement

You can set it to 3 different heights and the motor is practically silent

I’m guessing it must be the dual motor that makes it run so well… with all my stuff on it it took 18 seconds to go from bottom 28

Initially we were confused because we couldn’t find some of the parts but it turned out step 1 which connects 3 of the parts together was already done
