Pros

The motor is quiet. Those lifting noise isn't that noticeable and it doesn't shake even at it's highest. The motors are smooth and quiet and the width adjustment is awesome. There are three presets.

The frame is very sturdy and easily handles my large desk top. It is solid and stable.

Installation is pretty straight forward with the details pictures and instructions on the manual. It comes with all the screws and the necessary tools.

Cons

Hardest part was getting my desktop surface off the brackets connected to the cubicle and that has nothing to do with this product.
