5 years after purchasing my desk, the up button stopped working, leaving the desk at its lowest position.
1st step: unplug all the wires that are connected to the adapter including the power plug and let it rest for 30 seconds.

Much better than i expected for the price.
I thought the product would be cheap for the price, that is not the case.
And disappointingly cyber monday price was 5$ cheaper than black friday pricing that makes you feel cheated.
I was a bit skeptical about purchasing an adjustable desk for under $200 dollars, but i am happy i took the chance.
Shipping
They responded quickly at 3 am cst, so they got international employees ready to help.
I was lucky this time and everything arrived damage free.
It arrived in two shipments so wen came yesterday.
I had an issue with the first shipment and they promptly dealt with it.

Comes in two boxes and it's heavy.
It came in 2 packages which i expected based on reviews.
Competitiveness
Most competitors at this price point only give you two-piece and smaller desktops.
The table top is one whole piece of quality engineered wood, which is a major plus compared to other similar products.

The desk raises pretty high but im a short person petite and so the standing setting i prefer is at 35

I just have to admire the engineering precision because there were times i thought maybe the screw wouldnt align but it did every time

Assembling the leg to the table was interesting i took qtips and broke off the top to figure out where the hole on the desk was so i could stretch the legs out to align them together
